SEARCA is an ASEAN-affiliated organization established on November 27, 1966, by member countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), with its headquarters located in Los Baños, Philippines. The organization was established with the objective of supporting the development of innovations in agriculture and rural-based food industries across Southeast Asia.
